At Guzzi Archive, we stand by the quality of our curated fashion collections and offer a streamlined 14-day return window for all eligible items. Please ensure all garments remain in their original condition with all designer tags and security seals intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Guzzi Archive account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective dust bags and authenticity cards are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing or covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned archive pieces, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
